VoltraChat offers comment→DM and story-reply→DM automation for Instagram professional accounts, running on Meta's official API. Paid plans are flat-priced: even if your post goes viral, your bill does not change. When your plan quota is reached, DM delivery stops; messages are not queued and no surprise charges apply. The free tier has a limited monthly DM quota.

You must be at least 18 years old and may only connect Instagram professional accounts you are authorized to manage. The service is intended for business and creator accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and the security of your sign-in email.

Current prices are published on the site. Payments are collected as a monthly subscription via iyzico at the start of each period. You can cancel anytime from the panel; cancellation takes effect at the next renewal and you keep access for the paid period. Price changes are announced to existing subscribers in advance and apply from the following period.

If you purchase as a consumer: the service is a digital service whose performance begins immediately after payment. Where you consent to immediate performance at checkout, the right of withdrawal does not apply under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation's exception for services performed instantly in electronic environments. This notice forms part of the pre-contractual information.

• You connect only accounts you are authorized to manage and you author the automation content (public replies, DM texts); you are responsible for its legality and its compliance with Meta's policies.
• Spam, deceptive content, harassment, unlawful content, and violations of Meta platform policies are prohibited.
• You remain responsible for your own legal obligations towards the followers who interact with your automations (including privacy notices); VoltraChat processes their data on your instructions.
• Reverse engineering, overloading, or reselling the service is prohibited.

The service is subject to the Meta/Instagram Platform Terms and depends on the availability of Meta's APIs. Changes to Meta's APIs, policies, or permissions may affect the scope of the service; the operator is not liable for interruptions or restrictions caused by such changes. Usage that violates Meta rules may lead to suspension of your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account upon violation of these terms or Meta's policies — with notice, or immediately for serious violations. You can close your account anytime from the panel; upon closure your data is deleted within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is". Except for intent, gross negligence, and consumers' mandatory statutory rights, the operator's total liability in any contract period is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months. Loss of profit, loss of reputation, and indirect damages are excluded.

The VoltraChat brand, software, and interface belong to the operator. Your own content (DM texts, campaigns) remains yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the service.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced via the panel or email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance; if you do not accept, you may close your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction. Consumers retain their rights to apply to consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
